Job Title: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and member-focused Call Center Representative to join our Credit Union team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to members
- Assisting members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of member interactions in our database
- Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
