Experience
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- On the job training under the direction of the Department Supervisor and an experienced Guest Service Associate.
Education and Training
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
License, Certification & Registration
- CPR is required within 3 months of hire.
- De-escalation training within 1 month of hire.

- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive duties.
- Willingness to complete assignments with a high level of quality and consideration of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism professionally.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use communication devices such as telephones, computers, bar codes, pagers, etc.
- Works well together with different units and departments throughout the Hospital community.
Hours: 7am-330pm
Monday-Friday, Rotating Holidays, Rotating Weekends
