Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Data Services team, focused on delivering top-notch data and analytics platforms to our banking district customers. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and implementing customer success strategies, fostering strong relationships with customers and teams to drive product engagement and satisfaction. This role demands a blend of technical savvy, business acumen, and a passion for product management within a dynamic environment, aimed at ensuring cross-product customer success across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies with clear objectives.
- Provide analysis, reporting of customer feedback, and share insights with relevant teams.
- Develop metrics that offer valuable insights to product teams and management.
- Influence product requirements and feature roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration across business and IT organizations, engaging with senior leadership to highlight business value.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Industry Experience Required: - Experience with cloud technologies and data analytics within the banking or financial services domain is preferred.
