Our client in downtown Greenville is hiring additional Inbound Customer Service Representatives - this role would start on January 6th. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations with customers.
Skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A problem-solver who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus.
Compensation:
- $17-18/hour
- Monthly bonuses up to $1200 additional per month based on performance
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm on-site downtown Greenville. Parking provided.
