• Coverage needed per month: 1-2 weekends per month, inpatient only, 4pm Fridays through 7am Mondays
• Frequency of any Call needed: Consultations from emergency department and hospital; surgeries in main OR.

Work Details:

• Support staff: None for inpatient
• Department Description: Urology - gross hematuria, stones, urine retention, difficult catheter insertion
• Patient Volume: 2-4 new consults daily
• Patient Age Group: 16 years and up
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
• EMR/Documentation system experience required or preferred?: Preferred
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: No OR or Trauma, these patients are transferred to Geisinger medical center
• Special Equipment Used: None

Requirements:

• Board Certifications Req d/Preferred: BC in Urology or board eligible
• State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: PA license required
• Certifications Req d?: BLS, ACLS
• Specific Skills Req d?: General urology care
• CSR Req d?: Yes
• DEA Req d?: Yes
• Minimum Experience Req d: 2 years
• Are vaccines mandatory?: flu must show proof of vaccine or provide exemption
