- # of patients per MD? 28 (with APC help)

- ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS? ACLS unless EM boarded, ATLS unless EM boarded, BLS, PALS unless EM boarded
- Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
- BC/BE EM, FM, IM & Clean NPDB
