Work Model: Onsite

Shift: Flexible with hours after training as long as it's on 1st shift. Training is expected to be 2 weeks.

Employment Type: Temporary

Estimated Duration (In months): 15

Min Hourly Rate ($): 22.00

Max Hourly Rate ($): 24.00

Must Have Skills/Attributes: Administrative Assistant, Documentation, Inventory Control, MS Excel, SAP

Nice To Have Skills/Attributes: ERP


**Only qualified candidates located in the Oak Creek, WI area will be considered due to the role requiring 100% onsite presence**


Preferred Education/Certifications:

• AA, BS or certifications preferred but not required


Required Experience Knowledge:

• SAP and/or ERP experience

• Experience entering and approving purchase orders

• Great attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Effectively use Excel

• Able to effectively navigate technology

• Able to learn in a fast-paced environment


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Verify documentation for correct information i.e., barcode, date code, product code

• Generate documentation as requested

• Create process orders for following shift, ensuring accuracy information

• Work with IT and office staff to ensure label machines and other relevant tools are running properly and are accurate

• Demonstrates commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

• Demonstrates commitment to quality and performs job duties in adherence to customer guidelines

• Verifies and audits transactions within SAP and the corresponding physical documentation

• Performs monthly documentation inventory and storage

• Able to communicate effectively to a diverse population

• Notify Quality and production departments on any entry issues found

• Performs other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

• Able to effectively manage an inventory control program
