Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Elko NV 4-day work week (Mon-Thur) $150k-$165k We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrated medical practice full time in Elko NV. Ideally, we are looking for a nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant who is eager to help others, has excellent people and time management skills, and has trigger point and/or joint injection experience. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice; to include joint and trigger point injections and the incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be performing these procedures, so we prefer a candidate with experience in those areas. Must be able to practice independently.

We are also just a few miles from the Southfork Reservoir where you can enjoy weekends out on the lake camping, fishing, water skiing or just relaxing!
Duties: - Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- prescribing Rx’s, perform trigger point/joint injections, regen med, and HRT
- Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in NV
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Injection experience, PRP experience preferred
Schedule: - Full time -Monday through Thursday
