We are looking for a team player at Adelinas with excellent customer service skills! We are an italian restaurant in Chestnuthill, Philadelphia looking for an experienced hostess to start the guests experience off on the right foot the second the enter the door.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

·         Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner

·         Keep track of walk-in and reservation guests through Resy OS

·         Update guest notes, profiles and preferences

·         Maintain and manage wait-list

·         Greet and seat guests

·         Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables

·         Inspect menus for cleanliness and crispness and change out when necessary

·         Answer phone with knowledge of the operations of the restaurant and/or direct guests for further assistance

·         Cleaning, organizing and stocking menus at host area

·         Other duties as directed
