At 34 Restaurant and Bar, the Chef de Partie is a senior cooks position that is responsible for overseeing their section and ensuring that Mise en Place is in order and that dishes are prepared to restaurant standards. The Chef de Partie must maintain close communication with Sous chefs and Chef de Cuisine to review recipes and confirm that inventory and equipment are in place for service.
