Hearsay
Situated in The Esplanade, is a hub for dining, cocktailing, socializing, working and entertaining In Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood, operating Mon-Fri.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
- Remove all tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
- Clear bar after guests.
- Take tableware to dish room and place items in appropriate areas for washing.
- Between each seating promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths.
- Check floor and clean as required.
- Restock Bar.
- Refresh Ice.
- Batch out juice for bar.
- Respond appropriately to guests’ requests.
- Communicate guest requests to bartender as needed.
- Communicate with bartender and host staff to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
- Thank all guests as they leave.
Qualifications:
- No previous restaurant experience required.
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language of our guests.
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
- Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time.
- AZ Food Handlers Certification.
- AZ Title IV Basic Certification.
