Situated in The Esplanade, is a hub for dining, cocktailing, socializing, working and entertaining In Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood, operating Mon-Fri.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Remove all tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear bar after guests.
• Take tableware to dish room and place items in appropriate areas for washing.
• Between each seating promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths.
• Check floor and clean as required.
• Restock Bar.
• Refresh Ice.
• Batch out juice for bar.
• Respond appropriately to guests’ requests.
• Communicate guest requests to bartender as needed.
• Communicate with bartender and host staff to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Thank all guests as they leave.

Qualifications:

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Have working knowledge of the predominant language of our guests.
• Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time.
• AZ Food Handlers Certification.
• AZ Title IV Basic Certification.
