Job Description
+ Delivers and picks-up packages and supplies between customers' offices and ABC Imaging locations
+ Provides excellent customer service, maintains a professional manner
+ Speaks with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business
+ Obtains customer signatures; listen to & reports service complaints
+ Maintains a detailed and accurate delivery and mileage log
+ Communicates with dispatch via hands free radio and/or cell phone
+ Maintains a clean and reliable vehicle for use
+ Provides backup for production department and assists in moving ABC and customer equipment as needed
+ Follows all company and government safety rules and regulations
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
+ 1 3 years direct driving/delivery experience
+ Must own reliable transportation with proof of insurance
+ Excellent knowledge of metropolitan area
+ Superior customer service ability
+ Good driving record with no violations
+ Ability to lift 70lbs frequently
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
