Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months **All time off must be listed in the selling notes at the time of RFO** BLS CST (NBSTSA)--must be sent and uploaded with the file 75 Mile Radius Rule SSN, DOB, and Recent ref
