Job Knowledge: - Creating cabinets and specialty items with materials such as wood, veneer, and laminates.
- Assist the Project Lead by cutting panel products and laminates, hand filing, spraying contact cement, sanding drilling, assembly of case goods and other specialty items.
- Sets up and operates variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate and repair wooden cabinets and high-grade furniture: Studies blueprints or drawings of articles to be constructed or repaired, and plans sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed.
- Continuously develop self-knowledge pertaining to new methods, tools, standards or practices related to the construction of the projects the role is assigned to.
Work Product: - Work according to set standards and produce quality outcomes.
- Efficiently and accurately produce designs.
- Reviews estimates and proposals to ensure customer expectations are met and design keeps project within budget.
- Meet deadlines and focus on finishing designs without distraction
- Continuously develop self-knowledge pertaining to new methods, tools, standards or practices related to the construction of the projects the role is assigned to.

Position Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn all aspects of millwork and cabinet making.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 75 lbs.
- Must have the ability to travel to jobs which may require overnight stays.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
- Good communication skills, demonstrated through effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to wear uniform daily.
