Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proficiency in using Interventional Radiology equipment to generate high-quality images.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff.
• Perform necessary computer operations for procedural documentation and charge management.
• Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures clearly and conducting physical assessments.
• Prepare and maintain the procedure room, ensuring cleanliness and monitoring equipment inventory.
• Assist radiologists in administering medications and maintaining sterile techniques during procedures.
• Review images for technical accuracy and complete verification processes as required.
• Stay current with educational requirements and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
• IV Certification.
• Graduate of a vocational school.
