Your Role:

As a nurse at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will be an essential part of a compassionate team devoted to improving the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carefully monitoring patients throughout their treatment, ensuring a nurturing environment
  • Performing routine checks of patients' vital signs with a gentle approach, prioritizing comfort and well-being
  • Supporting patient adherence to medication regimens, fostering trust and reliability
  • Collaborating effectively with RNs and other healthcare team members to maintain a harmonious care environment
  • Building strong connections with patients’ families, facilitating open communication and support

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
