We are seeking an exceptional Pastry Assistant to join our Culinary Team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Production and Presentation of Pastry and Baked Goods
Efficiently follows recipes and guidelines for production
Follows all guidelines for food safety and sanitation
Qualifications:
Experience working in a high volume production setting (baking or savory)
Experience utilizing a scale, standing mixer and other related equipment
Ability to read and execute a recipe multiple times with accuracy, without direct supervision
Strong Organization Skills
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to carry up to 50#
Flexible work schedule
Servsafe certification preferred
