Your contributions and match are immediately vested.nnEssential Functions:nnAbility to troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems.nnAbility to use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)nnRequired to work 1st responder assignments and work on call duties as assignednnComplies with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirementsnnPerforms disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the maintenance service agreement.nnPrimarily work on chillers but will service roof top units and standard split systems when necessary.nnInstalls, maintains and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmentnnProficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.nnCompletes service contracts, quoted projects and service calls as directed.nnDevelops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.nnCommunicates and documents work order status.nnSafely drive company vehicle and follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements.nnMaintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.nnAble to work effectively with app-based software.nnTakes and logs readings from critical equipment and takes appropriate corrective actions before system outage occurs.nnExcellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.nnAdvanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required.nnRequirements:nnOEM CERTIFICATIONS ARE A PLUSnnOEM EXPERIENCE IS A PLUSnnPossess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on York chillers , cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulationsnnWater source heat pumps and evaporative condensersnnData center environmental equipmentnnUnderstanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’snnAir handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systemsnnPerforming preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systemsnnPump and motor alignmentsnnQualifications:nnMinimum of 3+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience plus 3 years of Commercial Chiller Technician ExperiencennHigh School Diploma or GEDnnEPA Universal licensennTwo-year technical degree in related field is preferred.nnHVAC Technician State RegistrationnnChiller Field Experience, OEM or Factory TrainingnnAt least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experiencennValid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
