- Schedule: Clinic schedule 8a-4:30p, call is 1 weekday a week, plus 1 weekend per month
- Preferred skills: well woman care, newborn, infant, toddler, child, adolescent, newborn care, newborn resuscitation.
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 office staff
- APP supervision required
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WI license or IMLC, BC, BLS, NRP
- Credentialing: 90 days
