We are looking for a motivated and experienced bartender to join our team at Swift & Sons Steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring all orders are served accurately and promptly. You will interact with guests, offering recommendations, engaging in conversation, and providing a memorable dining experience. Collaboration with the kitchen and wait staff is essential to ensure smooth service during busy hours. You must be able to multitask effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and keep a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or steakhouse setting is preferred. The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
