Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LPN/LTC - Float
Shift: Nights, 10p-6:30a, 8x5, 40hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

• WA License
• 2 years of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
• Central line blood draw, Central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IVs
• Previous travel experience required
• Previous Charge Experience required
• BLS

Other Details:

• Charting: Net Solutions
• Float typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
• First-Timers not accepted
• Considered "local" within 50 mile radius
• Ratios: 1:15-25
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

Long Term Care LPN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr NOCs
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, Central line blood draw, Central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IVs
- First-Timers Accepted: No; Previous travel experience is required.
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call of traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
