• Board Certified
• Outpatient Coverage: 9 am - 4 pm. Clinic - must be available for full time coverage - no weekends
• Coverage starts upon credentialing
• 30% Hematology and 70% Oncology
• Adult only
• Trauma Level 2
• Active IL license
• EMR: EPIC
