Position Highlights:

• No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
• Training may occur at different facilities or clinics before settling into your home clinic.
• You will need to be flexible with your schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Can Expect:

• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
• Work as part of a supportive team that collaborates in a positive atmosphere.
• Provide care to patients facing multiple health challenges, requiring tailored treatment plans and a wide range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients while collaborating with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to monitor patient conditions, conduct observations, and set up equipment.
• Engage your head, heart, and hands daily in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited nursing program may also be considered.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
