A Day in the Life of Our Nurses

Your day starts with a friendly check-in with your care team, including parents and fellow nurses. You'll find thorough client information readily available in our user-friendly EHR platform. Each client is unique – one may greet you with a smile and a warm hug, ready to embark on a day filled with joy and adventure. Your tasks will include preparing meals, administering medications, and attending to trach and g-tube care, all while engaging in fun activities like outdoor exploration or imaginative play.

Throughout the day, you document your care efficiently using our electronic Point of Care system, ensuring clear communication with team members. When the day winds down, you’ll prepare notes for your colleague and head home, knowing you’ve made a meaningful difference.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
• Collaborate with clinical teams under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Implement individualized care plans
• Adhere to all clinical and administrative policies

Your Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania or a multistate license
• Current PPD or chest x-ray results
• Valid BLS CPR card obtained in person
• Active driver's license
• Experience with g-tube, trach, and vent care, or willingness to train
