Job Title: Therapist

Shift: 8 hours, Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of OT experience
License: Occupational Therapist License Required
Certifications: BLS Required

- Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Description:
- Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team providing quality occupational therapy services.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, program planning, and administer treatments for all patients.
- Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.
- Develop comprehensive, age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
- Accurately and appropriately document patient treatment.
- Respond effectively to new and changing work assignments.
