( to any emergency or potential emergency.nnSecurity diligence, including maintaining control of personal key cards, preventing unauthorized entry to the facility by non-Berry employees, and proper maintenance / security of Berry information and equipment within your direct responsibility.nnConstant vigilance and participation in Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Production practices.nnPrevent nonconforming product from being shipped to customers.nnIdentify and record problems relating to product, process and quality systemnnObserve all Safety precautions, Food Safety requirements and Plant rules to prevent injury to self or others and to prevent loss of material or damage to equipment.nnFollow and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).nnMaintain good housekeeping and 5S.nnEfficiently and effectively operate specific automation equipment to prevent downtime.nnManage raw materials throughout automation equipment (inspect, load, replace, etc).nnPerform duties quickly to avoid production back up. May include taping, lifting, stacking finished goods.nnResponsible for unjamming equipment, restarting automation process and overseeing reject stations.nnComplete proper documentation for identification and traceability.nnPerform and document cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.nnAlert Shift Coordinator or QA of noticeable defects to raw matePerform routine housekeeping and maintenance task as assigned by Shift CoordinatornnQualificationsnnCapable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs. for 12 consecutive hours, in hot and cold environments.nnMaintain an attendance record within company guidelines and working required overtime.nnHigh school diploma or GED equivalency required.nnRead, write and speak English.nnPast experience / proven ability within the specified disciplines.nnComputer literacy / skills are required.nnNegative drug screen test results.nnWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
