Locums - Berwyn, Illinois, Hematology/Oncology OpeningClinical Role:

    • ASAP - Ongoing Need
    • Shift: Outpatient Coverage: 9am - 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
    • 30% Hematology
    • 70% Oncology
    • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
    • Hem/Onc only practice
    • Adults only
    • No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team at another facility, which is 5 miles from practice
    • No APP's in practice
    • EMR: Epic
    • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
    • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20
    • Trauma Level II
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active IL license - Required
    • Local Candidate - Highly Preferred
    • Provider that speaks Spanish - Highly preferred
    • DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required
