  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting. All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center. Active FLURO is required.There are an average of 12-15 patients per shift.
