Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team during all service periods, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable execution.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes.
Oversee and participate in fish breakdown and fresh pasta preparation.
Mentor and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a management role.
Strong background in Italian cuisine, with hands-on experience in fish breakdown and fresh pasta making.
Highly organized with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
