We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team and help elevate the guest experience.
Position Overview: As the Front of House Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that every aspect of their experience is seamless and enjoyable. From leading the front of house team to overseeing guest interactions, you will be a key player in creating a warm, efficient, and memorable dining atmosphere. You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and the management team to ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including the dining room, bar, and guest reception areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the front of house.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and drink service.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory of front of house supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll as needed.
- Assist in organizing and hosting special events or promotions.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation systems, etc.) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding service.
