Minimum Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on laser welding equipment.
• Having experience as a Program Manager where you were responsible for the commissioning of laser welding equipment
• Experience overseeing automotive lines that produce parts using laser welding equipment
• PMP certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with integrators to commission new laser welding equipment
• Lead and manage automotive projects involving laser welding equipment from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
• Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive and laser welding technology.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
