Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our global team, specializing in sourcing and placing top IT talent for our Fortune 500 clients. This role demands a strong understanding of technology, superior English communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Engagement:
- Identify and attract high-calibre IT professionals through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet client demands.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Client Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand specific talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.
- Leverage insights to refine sourcing strategies and enhance competitive advantage.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.
- Proven success in working with Fortune 500 clients is highly desirable.
- Technical Acumen:
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Communication Proficiency:
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools and Systems:
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
