As VP of Growth, you will lead the end-to-end new business process, from pipeline development to pitching, ensuring the agency continues to grow and thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape.

PROFILE
- Lead Havas Media’s growth strategy aligning new business development with agency goals and market opportunities.
- Shapes winning strategies that resonate with prospective clients, positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
- Develop and execute the Village positioning and sales strategy in Canada, integrating Creative, Media, CX, and Market insights across three offices/regions (Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal) to deliver holistic, innovative solutions.
- Distills complex business challenges into clear, actionable growth strategies, leveraging advanced market insights, research, and cross-functional expertise.
- Collaborate with the US Growth team to ensure North American (NAM) consistency and facilitate co-pitching and collaboration opportunities across regions.
- Communicates with executive-level precision, influencing stakeholders through compelling narratives and delivering impactful presentations with authority and confidence.
- Embodies a collaborative, empathetic leadership style that inspires trust and galvanizes internal and external teams toward shared success.

- Anticipates market trends and ensures alignment of growth initiatives with emerging opportunities.
- Oversees the pitch process from brief to delivery, integrating strategy, insights, and creative solutions seamlessly.
- Develops forward-thinking media strategies that leverage consumer insights, technological advancements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identifies and capitalizes on transformative opportunities across paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels.
- Embeds the proprietary connections planning framework into growth initiatives to deliver innovative, integrated solutions.
- Establishes efficient processes to prioritize and pursue business opportunities, optimizing resources and success rates.
- Partners with senior leaders across disciplines—analytics, creative, research, and technology—to craft visionary, integrated strategies that drive client success.
- Foster integration across multiple Village brands, including Noise Digital, ensuring seamless collaboration and unified client solutions.
- Establishes thought leadership by developing and communicating robust POVs on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural dynamics.
- Fosters relationships with prospective clients and industry partners, positioning Havas Media as a market leader.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED / SKILLS:
- Extensive experience in business development within advertising, media, public relations, or marketing communications.
- Proven track record of developing and leading winning pitches and building sustainable client pipelines.
- Deep understanding of media strategy, customer experience, and integrated marketing communications.
- Expertise in category immersion and storytelling to authentically connect with clients and their industries.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously.
