Position: Administrative Clerk with Payroll
Location: Scarborough
Salary: $27 to $30+ per hour
Shift: Day

Our reputable client, located in the Scarborough area, has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Clerk with Payroll. If you are energetic, hard-working, and work well independently and in a team environment, then we would love to hear from you! These positions are long-term with the opportunity for permanency.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced production environment, review emails for specific information
- Identify key information in request submitted through email to determine the method of response, email or mail-out
- Review all information for accuracy and work with customers on resolving any discrepancies
- Follow established processes for tracking and logging information
- Prepare and process payroll
- Reconcile accounts, maintain accurate financial reports
- Perform general reception duties, handling incoming calls and greeting customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 3 years of previous work experience
- Solid experience with computer software including MS Word, and Excel
- Good knowledge of accounts receivable/payable, and QuickBooks is required
