Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of goods. This role involves managing and coordinating production staff, monitoring workflows, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in meeting production targets, optimizing processes, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

You will be reporting to the Director of Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the production line to minimize line stoppage and productivity interruptions.
• Coordinate with shipping/Receiving and Material Handlers for the delivery & removal of product to & from the production line
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving for the delivery of and removal of customer product to & from the facility
• Provide daily feedback to the management team and actively participate in daily and weekly production meetings and team communications
• Ensure production schedules are met by monitoring workflow and adjusting priorities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment functionality, schedule maintenance, and report malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, quality control, maintenance, and logistics meet organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including reports on output, downtime, and resource usage.

Other Qualifications and Experiences

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred (3+ Years).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in software and tools such Microsoft Office, Teams, OnRamp
