The Opportunity
We seek a driven person to join our growing team as a Private Client Associate. In this role, the successful candidate will provide a wide range of supporting functions to a Senior Consultant and Associate Consultant across client service, administration, and investment introductions.
The responsibilities will also include participation alongside associates on strategic projects currently being prioritized by our organization.

Qualifications
- University degree (ideally in finance, economics, business, or a related field)
- Co-op/internship experience in a financial services organization
- Strong Microsoft Office fluency (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
- Strong English writing and oral communication skills
- Commitment to complete the Exempt Market Proficiency Exam within 3 months of joining the firm
- Commitment to enroll in the Chartered Financial Analyst program and register for the CFA Level 1 exam or pursue the Chartered Investment Manager designation within 12 months of joining the firm
- Demonstrated interest in the investment advisory or wealth management industry
- Bilingualism is an asset
Primary Responsibilities
Client Service
- Preparing materials for client meetings in coordination with your practice group
- Assisting with inquiries from clients and third parties
- Scheduling and tracking client meetings
- Liaising with client families, their financial institutions and other service providers to ensure clear communication and the efficient completion of commitments
Administration
- Maintaining up-to-date records in the firm’s client reporting and relationship management database
- Preparing and reconciling client reports using internal and external sources
- Coordinating with internal team members to ensure all client reporting data is accurate
- Ensuring all trades are executed accurately and promptly in coordination with the Client Service Team and your practice group
Investment Introductions
- Liaising with clients to educate and answer investment-related questions
- Providing clients with information and analyses on proposed investments in coordination with Prime Quadrant’s Investment Team and your practice group
