Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM

Sign-On Bonus: $1500

Your Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring our residents' health and comfort. Your responsibilities will encompass providing direct nursing care, administering medications, working together with healthcare professionals, and managing care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and document vital signs and medical information for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and apply effective care plans
  • Deliver wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
  • Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and procedures

  • Valid state LPN license
