Position Summary: The Clinical Staff Pharmacist , in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy and pharmacy leadership, in accordance with established policies and procedures, participates in and verifies the medication use process in both the inpatient and outpatient setting to provide the safest and highest quality care for our patients.
