We are a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on a Associate Attorney, to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience working in either business, employment property or tort cases. The role is hybrid.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Have your JD and be in good standing
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working within business law, employment property or tort cases
• This role is hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
