About the Role:

We are seeking a a highly energetic team leader and problem solver who is willing to take a hands-on approach and step in to support various functions as needed. This position requires expert knowledge of our inventory and alignment with our team and company vision. The Warehouse Manager  will support the company through thoughtful planning and execution, analyzing various metrics such as order accuracy, average wait times for trucks to load or unload, inventory storage utilization, receiving efficiency, and truck utilization. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our warehouse logistics runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all customer demands and expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or operations management
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Prior experience with truck planning & scheduling
• Experience with warehouse management systems and other inventory management software
• Excellent communication, leadership skills and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Furniture rental industry experience preferred but not required
• Active or prior forklift experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, order picking, inventory control, and warehouse management
• Ensure that all rental products and assembly tools are pulled, prepped and loaded on time and in excellent condition
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including scheduling, staffing, and training
• Work closely with our sales, operations and inventory team to ensure that all products are rental ready and on time for special events 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for
• Responsible for timely scheduling, pick up and drop off of rental box trucks for events. 
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
