Senior Recruiter – Macquarie Asset Management (through Hudson RPO)- Hybrid to Philadelphia, PA weekly


We have a unique opportunity for a passionate talent acquisition professional to act as a trusted talent advisor working to support the recruitment strategy of Macquarie’s Asset Management division in the Americas.


In this role, you will build and leverage a deep network of diverse, engaged professionals to meet the talent needs of Macquarie’s Asset Management franchise. You will partner and consult with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver an excellent recruitment experience for all participants. As part of your commitment to adding value, you will oversee talent identification and pooling for key roles, support building the brand within target talent communities, manage qualified referrals and develop plans to target and attract diverse talent.


As a passionate advocate for people, you will seek to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of the outcome. This includes working with hiring managers to ensure an appropriate and candidate-centric selection process that provides the business with the information they need to make hiring decisions while thoughtfully engaging with candidates. You will also leverage your negotiation skills and knowledge of internal and external benchmarks to propose, extend and close compelling offers with successful candidates. You will bring 6-8 years' experience in the talent acquisition space, ideally gained supporting the asset management industry (e.g., investment management, private equity, private credit).


Working as part of a broader team of dedicated recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and leverage best practices while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to share with your colleagues. How you’ll shape the future of talent:

  • Work closely with hiring managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising leaders and the team on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate metrics for reporting that provides visibility of recruitment activities and results
  • Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education


You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required
  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in the talent acquisition space, ideally gained supporting the asset management industry (e.g., investment management, private equity, private credit)
  • Process improvement driven, to develop and strengthen recruiting efforts
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within Hudson RPO core industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of the RPO model preferred
  • 3 days in Macquarie’s Philadelphia office required (address is 610 Market Street)
