Job Summary
This office-based role supports documentation activities for diagnostic products, with no laboratory work required. The Associate Scientist will update and manage documentation in various systems, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and product requirements. They will work independently to meet timelines and perform tasks across multiple products. This role emphasizes document change control, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and execute changes to documentation for diagnostic products using company-specific systems and software.
- Interpret and apply operating procedures to meet specific document and system requirements.
- Manage assigned projects, track activities, and ensure timely completion of all tasks with minimal oversight.
- Communicate professionally and effectively to resolve issues and maintain documentation quality.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or related degree; open to other qualified Bachelor's degrees.
- Experience with formalized document change control processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and general computer systems.
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
