Position Overview:

The Stock Associate is a key contributor to Eleventy’s success, ensuring back-of-house operations are meticulously organized and that every product reflects the brand’s high standards of quality. This role supports the sales team by managing inventory, maintaining pristine organization, and assisting in product presentation to provide a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commitment to Quality

• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness within all back-of-house operations, including inventory rooms and stock areas.

• Ensure all merchandise reflects Eleventy’s commitment to excellence through proper handling, folding, steaming, and care.

• Support the replenishment of sales floor products in a timely manner to uphold store presentation standards.

2. Product Expertise

• Develop a deep understanding of Eleventy’s collections, including product styles, fabrications, and sizing, to effectively support the sales team.

• Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of merchandise for easy access and product tracking.

3. Unparalleled Service Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available for client requests, contributing to a seamless client experience.

• Assist with packaging, client deliveries, and any additional back-end tasks to enhance the Eleventy shopping experience.

4. Inventory Management

• Accurately receive, process, and organize all new product deliveries, ensuring inventory counts are precise and updated.

• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and restocks to maintain product availability and minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in stockroom operations, inventory management, or luxury retail preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Physical ability to lift and move boxes or products as needed (up to 40 lbs).

• Proficiency in inventory systems or POS platforms is a plus.
