Who we’re looking for:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making things run smoothly. With your experience with the applications, paperwork, and processing for managed money/ACAT transfers, fixed indexed annuities (FIAs), and life insurance products, you’re the go-to person for processing new business efficiently and accurately. You’re proactive and detail-oriented, and you love being part of a team that works toward shared goals.
Your Role:
- Own the end-to-end new business process , ensuring smooth and accurate processing for advisors and clients.
- Handle RIA business, ACAT transfers, annuities, and life insurance products precisely and carefully.
- Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, keeping clients and advisors informed every step of the way.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices to continually improve our processes.
What You Bring:
- Experience in new business processing within financial services (RIA/Managed Money and annuities required).
- A knack for organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail .
- Strong communication skills to keep advisors, clients, and internal teams on the same page.
- A mindset of ownership and accountability —you take pride in doing things right.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, custodians, and industry software is a plus.
