Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Build and maintain robust ETL processes, integrating data from diverse sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop advanced models and visualizations.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and quality assurance.
• Develop and enhance dashboards using Tableau, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize Python and R programming to perform data wrangling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Work with Alteryx to streamline workflows and automate complex processes.
• Optimize and manage SQL-based databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Stay ahead of emerging data engineering trends and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in a data engineering or similar role.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python and R programming for data analysis and processing.
• Expertise in SQL, with experience in query optimization and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL development, and working with large datasets.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
