Our client is a growing Fortune 200 Company based in Cleveland, Ohio that is seeking to hire an experienced Contracts Attorney. This position is responsible for the management of assigned legal activities in support of the Global Supply Chain and Procurement functions of a $23 billion global manufacturing company. This high visibility position will involve the drafting,negotiation, interpretation and management of multimillion dollar supply agreements with key domestic and international suppliers.

The preferred candidate would have 5 plus years of experience with the following tasks:

Drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial agreements, including procurement, sales, consulting, construction and other commercial contracts.

Advises on legal issues related to the Company’s procurement, sourcing and manufacturing functions, including supply chain diligence and other commercial issues.

Leads, collaborates and supports projects and provides general legal support for Company’s commercial operations, including but not limited to procurement, sourcing and supporting the commercial objectives of various business units.
