There is a need to recruit a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, this role will be pivotal to the performance of this organizations continued success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and adhere to best practices in senior care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive community atmosphere.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management of the facility to ensure sustainability.
• Implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ohio LNHA license
• Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• Strong understanding of senior care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of care plans and their implementation in a retirement home or similar environment.
