Prominent firm with a national practice is seeking an Attorney for their growing Philadelphia office. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas:

Complex Commercial, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Trucking, Catastrophic Injury, Auto, Personal Injury, General Liability, Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, Workers' Compensation, Municipal, Public Entity, Employment, Toxic Tort/Environmental.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Pre-trial and/or trial experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in PA

Base Compensation Range 120k-175k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits
