Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven marketing leader to spearhead our online marketing efforts and drive patient acquisition, brand growth, and engagement. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital platforms, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow Prava Therapy’s online presence and patient base.
• Oversee and optimize campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and other digital channels.
• Manage and scale performance marketing initiatives to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports to inform decision-making and campaign improvements.
• Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics within a startup environment.
• Proven success in lead generation and patient acquisition, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, taking initiative and delivering results.
