The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and implementing of creative and marketing strategies for Razny Jewelers. This position must communicate, collaborate, and coordinate daily with Razny’s marketing, sales, and other teams to align priorities and meet deadlines. Must be passionate about jewelry, fashion, and luxury and know trends that could positively impact Razny's marketing campaigns. This position requires a highly organized and motivated team player who excels in environments where meticulous attention to detail is paramount, especially under tight deadlines.

This position is full-time on-site at Razny Jewelers Highland Park and reports to the Social Media & Website Manager.

Responsibilities:

Photography and Video

• Serve as a product and lifestyle photo and video assistant to help with ongoing shoots.
• Keep a detailed and organized shoot log, including SKUs and product information.
• Actively engage in the entire styling workflow including, but not limited to, sample organization, prep, product/on-figure shoot taskwork from set-up to breakdown and necessary clean-up.
• Maintain a highly organized studio, including wardrobe, prop, tool, and equipment storage.
• Ensure photos are scaled correctly and SKUs are attached to images.
• Required to purchase, handle, and return materials on Razny’s behalf and assist in the styling/build-out of photography and video sets.

Website

• Obtain, process, prepare, trace and track daily website shipments and ensure proper pickup and delivery expectations are met.
• Handle, track and answer Razny.com support, customer requests and live webchat inquiries. Escalate information as necessary by working directly with sales, marketing, and administration to handle customer needs.

Graphic Design:

• Assist with developing graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing collateral.
• Assist with image editing and sizing.
• Collaborate with the creative manager and graphic designer to improve visual appeal.
• Maintain brand consistency across materials, aligning with brand standards.
• Support marketing, promotional, and creative goals, such as photography, multimedia development, social media content creation,n and other marketing strategies.

General:

• Assist in meeting and events planning.
• Provide onsite event support, including evenings and weekends with advance notice.
• Handle miscellaneous day-to-day marketing activities as assigned.
• Continuously monitor Razny’s info@ email, filter emails to the right contact, answer inquiries as appropriate, and keep it clean and updated.
• Contribute to team brainstorms and planning discussions to generate creative and innovative marketing ideas that build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Track and audit marketing inventory at the warehouse.
• Pull, provide, input, and monitor jewelry transfers; clean jewelry and doublecheck tags and SKUs.
• Build asset library of photography, video, and content for social media and digital marketing.
• Monitor stairs for Razny marketing packages to ensure a tidy environment for clients.
• Assist with marketing analytics and reporting.
• Reconcile expenses, maintain costs, and keep track of ongoing projects and photos.
• Handle administrative tasks such as client gifting, ordering supplies, promotional giveaways, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with marketing internship experience.
• Knowledge of the luxury jewelry, retail, and fashion industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
